Don't Blame The Weapon...Blame the Person

The author believes that stem cell research was a very important scientific discovery and still is today, but now there are many people that are against it. Do to the fact that it requires getting the cells in a way that offends some people because of their religious beliefs. For instance some people of the Christian faith believe it is wrong to get them from aborted babies because they believe that “God” would consider that killing which is against the ten commandments that he set up for his people many years ago. So the author would like to see that both sides in this debate are pleased, which is very possible, so that one day people might do research that not only makes people happy but also makes discoveries that will benefit all mankind throughout history. The writer views the world as big mixture of religions and life styles and to make every happy would be quite impossible, so the human race must strive to get along even though this might be a very difficult task and may never be achieved. But the writer inquires that the research will one day benefit all of mankind which might one day lead to the forming one big society with war, disease, pestilence, racism, and famine. Another idea which was thought the author was trying to get over was that the human race needs to stop being so destructive to their bodies like for instance smoking and alcohol which neither are bad but can cause damage to the body over time, but take to exercising and and eating right which will lead to a very health style but the people that do care will feel better and also enjoy life ten times greater. The author believes that once the human race can achieve all of these it will benefit the whole world, so the people can start by stem cell research it ...

...g run more defenseless than they already are. It is a proven fact that criminals prey on the weak and, if they knew that no homes had any guns, they would multiply like cockroaches. Also, just because a video game might have a mature rating with some blood and gore in it, the final responsibility lies with the parent to show and tell their children about weapon safety. They must make them wait till they are older or at least explain why these things are bad. In today’s society, there are people who enjoy blaming not ourselves but the companies that produce weapons or video games. This is irresponsible and ignorant. We must not completely get rid of something that is useful in daily life just because people are afraid of some of the consequences. After all, it is not the inanimate object that kills—it is the person behind the trigger that causes death and destruction
