1. Diversity is a difference between ranges of backgrounds. This including race, religion, color, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, age, education and skills. Diversity can easily impact the workplace because a person who can’t respect a differences, and deficiency of other employees, that can lead to racism, bullying, etc. The diversity in the workplace:
• Religious belief, ( christian, buddhism, Islamism, hinduism,paganism, shinto, and a many more other religious belief)
• Cultural behaviours, (most people in the world think that when you are shaking your head it means “no”, but in india when people shake their head it means yes. This shows that with different cultures people 's understanding will be differ)
• Gender issues, ( physical factors to discriminate woman from men because there is a belief that man is always stronger than woman, always better at sport, better at work.Thats why in some work place, man always get more money than man.These things should count as sex discrimination in a workplace.)
• Disabilities to strengthen a respectful and inclusive environment ( hearing impaired, physical disabilities, language impediment,etc. People with these abilities should be treated as equal and not get discriminate by the other staff. To do this the manager need to plan a staff meeting to talk about no discrimination in a workplace and help each other especially when those with disabilities ask for help)
2. Having a diverse in a workplace can lead company’s image and reputation, because more people will look after that workplace. And diverse can attract customer from other countries. The things we can do in the company is such as,

Sometimes i do discriminate people, but it is because i dont like their personalities or how they live their lives not because of their “diversity”. When i dont like someone, usually im no longer being friendly with them and just give them a hard time when they talk to me.
B. When i work as a manager, i think i need to stop how i think about giving the people i don’t like and give them a hard time. I should not let my personal judgement with the work i do as a manager. I should have judge them to how they work and not their personalities, but i should not let anybody that discriminate and bully another member. If they do a good work and do not disturbing other staff. I cannot fire him because i dont like him because it is not fair for that person.
