The digital Art is the central point between Technology and Art with a great impact to new development on presentation and communication to viewers. This concern the application of digital technology and the use of article to give information through art work. The impact of technology within an arts context lies above all in the fact that the technology is used to beauty Viewers who see how technology is used, begin to realize that it can be used in creative and other ways than were intended. In addition, certain aspects of technology can be presented better and clearer within an arts context. Once the viewers come to understand how the artwork functions, they have a much clearer idea of what the technology is and how it affects cultural environment and society.

When we consider the elements and principle of art; for instance, whatever we visualize and hear at the same time is interpreted differently by viewers or readers especial when you need a direction. Digital art and written communication in the relationship between the elements found in the works and how these elements relate to one another to form a whole. The digital focuses completely on the relationship between elements for example, tones, sound, and how they build up to create a motion form. Digital art focuses on the beauty of each element and how they form together with one another with no recognizable formal subject being imposed on the listener by the artist. Sound is therefore applicable in contemporary artistic practice in the arts world, because much of today's use of sound in installations is based on concepts that are focusing on the use of color. Finally, these systems do not typically have any preparation for blind users, therefore, only sighted viewers can benefit from the information being presented. Moreover, with these order systems is that they save time and money, but they do not provide information that is sensitive to the viewer's aspect or directional orientation. The digital video only provide information that merely sensitive to the location of the user, and not which direction that the user is facing towards. For a global tour guide application, the information shown should be responsive to what the user can observe while facing in a particular direction, which is not necessarily the same as the direction of travel.
