Biercuk (2016) my generation is actively paying attention, and by paying attention there is a dramatic shift, by taking advice from female colleagues, female students and others from across the sector to improve the situation. In order to have role models in science, technology, engineering, commerce and academia it must be facilitated smoothly for women to be able to pursue more senior positions (Biercuk 2016).
