It is an important thing to learn and understand a new culture from a new country. People can learn about the cultures differences and similarities from the daily lifestyle to the global economy. When it comes to economics, the United States and China are both leaders of the world’s economy. But both countries have inadvertently shape into two glaringly distinct societies with cultures that possess both similarities and differences. When it comes to parenting, there is a huge difference between the Chinese parents and American parents. If you are a Chinese kid, then you are lucky but tragedy. There are a four years high school in America; on the other hand, China has a 3 years high school. Chinese students have to go to school 3 times per a day from morning till night. For the high schools in China, students have to learn American college level math, science, and chemistry. There is only one thing for Chinese students to do, and it is study. There are no a lot of fun classes such as gym, music, art, or computer. Even there is one, the class will be take away by the math or English teacher. When it comes to college exam, that’s the busiest time for students. Because the students only allow to take the college exam for one time. If they don’t do well on it, then they will either go back to school for one more year of study or drop out school. Unlike China, America education provides many ways of learning; besides studying, there are creatively activity or project. Furthermore, American high school students only go to school one time per a day. The students will join the clubs they are interested in and go out to do fun activities. As found on the Worldbank Website shows that the United states receive 69,768,000 tourists annual, and China receive 55,686,000 tourists annual. Both countries have many famous cities or place for tourists to visit. Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong are the famous cities that most tourists go to in China. In America, the famous cities that tourists would stop by are New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and Las vegas.
