Dieting and Eating Healthy
Most of us as human beings like to have a beautiful body but yet, we still want to eat as much as we can. Who doesn 't want to try nutella? Who doesn 't want to lose weight for halloween but still wants to enjoy the luxuries candy has to offer? I don 't know about everybody, but i know that I’m one of those people that can 't focus on being healthy. This is a big problem for me and I want to stop for at least one month and see how it goes. According to the article, Exercise better for health than dietary changes “You should of course eat as healthy as possible, but if you have a lifestyle where it’s hard to find the energy to change your diet, you should know that it’s much healthier to spend your energy on physical activity rather than eating differently for the sake of losing weight,” ( Hoffmann, 4) I do know for a fact that eating healthy and exercising right will enable me to maintain a healthy weight scale and not have to worry about excessive weight gain. As we all know that exercising is not a short term process, it requires time, effort and focus. This is mainly why people lean to the alternative which is resorting to fads such as “weight loss pills”.

This is the case with being healthy. You need to work hard, diet, exercise & respect your body because we do not get a second chance at life and don 't try the diet pills because you will not change anyhabit in your life. There is NO easy way out!

- From the knowledge, I have collected over the years of trying to find the right steps to take to begin a healthy eating habit. Since I completed the food tracker part of this class, my eating habits have fallen off quite a bit. I got tired of eating chicken and rice began to eat pasta and hamburgers.
