Human body needs to get a lot of different kinds of food every day, from which we can get various nutrients to build the foundation of life. Three of the major nutrients: carbohydrates, protein and fat not only provide the body 's main energy nutrients, but also have a special physiological function. Our life will not be able to continue once we are lack of the major nutrients.
According to the observation of the major diseases that caused people death in the current world, many studies have pointed out that the good or bad food will directly reflect our health, including body weight, digestion, endocrine, muscle, bone, spirit, and so on. Therefore, the correct and balanced diet can be said to be the primary goal of pursuit health.
Carbohydrates are the main source of energy in the human diet. In general, the carbohydrates that we are eating are more than 99% from cereals, vegetables and fruits. In nature, these foods present in the form called "compound". Complex carbohydrates include various types of dietary fiber. Although they are almost not digestible and absorbable, they are very beneficial to health. In addition, complete grain, fruit, vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, therefore, they can be said to be a balanced diet and needs to be ingested every day.

While ingesting the carbohydrates, I have three suggestions for people who want to keep healthy:
1. Do exercise. Carbohydrates are the most important source of energy for the body, so you have to get plenty of carbohydrates before workout. At the same time, exercise can help us burn excess carbohydrates in our bodies and achieve the goal of weight loss.
2. Eat variety of vegetables. Recommend to eat five different colors of fruits and vegetables, since they can provide the body with vitamins, minerals and necessary calories. Variety of vegetables effectively helps people maintain a healthy weight.
3. Take high quality fat and protein. The balanced amount of high quality fat and protein, including: chicken breast, eggs, fish, shellfish, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, nuts, guarantee the balanced nutrition.
