...ing, because texting for couple of seconds while driving is not worth risking innocent drivers’ lives. Research shows that drivers are easily distracted from driving when using their cellphone. Texting while driving has become a social norm, and creating stricter rules will bring attention to the damaging results of driving and texting. Using your cellphone while driving has a worst impact on safety than drinking and driving. Distracted driving while texting is unacceptable, so when driving next time, instead of paying attention to your phone or responding to a text, think about the innocent driver on the road that you might be responsible for killing. No one should text and drive, be an example for those around you. If it’s necessary to respond or answer to a call or a text, pull over to a safe place and respond, but don’t do it while driving.
