As a conclusion, business culture is something specifics to a firms. It is unique to each organization and its managerial team. That is why our business culture is a mixed of the traditional and a startup spirit. The reasons are for the collaborative aspects of low level employees and to keep decision power in the hand of the managers in order to avoid potential conflicts during the growth of our company.
