I will use triangulation in my research to investigate both the local and foreign employees in the merged and acquired firms. Am hoping to meet with some of these individuals in Uganda, my home country through my connections and friendships in most of these firms. In the process I also hope to use snowball sampling to widen my reach of individuals that I could observe. Therefore am hoping to meet with foreign and local branch managers in some of the firms, and also the ground level employees for interviewing to acquire data.
