The organisational communication studies the correlation between organisational behaviour and the communication practices there in. It is greatly involved in studying the symbolic use of language, how organisations perceive it and their goals . The discipline of organisational communication focuses on studying the communication processes keeping in mind the organisation context. Organisational communication scholars argue that all communication is part of an integrated whole.

Even though organisation communication literature gives the model but it is mute on what are the various types of messages and channels and its effect on employees. This information we can gather from general communication literature and marketing paradigms. Hence it becomes necessary to look at Organisational Communication from an Internal Marketing perspective.

Hypothesis Formation
Organisational communication’s primary goal is to research and understand the process of communication within organisations and then develop ways to improve the mechanics of the same. To this end various communication researchers have focused themselves on understanding the barriers that are posed in front of effective communication in the organisations.
