To conclude, conflict is managed in two ways, one being constructive while the other destructive. It’s also important to note that even though the way we handle conflict is vital towards its outcome, its just as important to fully understand how to go about gaining forgiveness. Without that understanding it’s impossible to have the culture of continuous improvement that we are all looking for within our relationships. Not only that but the lives we carry out day to day are the lives that our kids grow up seeing and implicitly classifying as ideal reactions to conflict. Conflict is something we need to embrace rather than live in fear of if we wanted to have quality relationships with high satisfaction rates.
