What is ethics? It is moral theories that governs groups’ or person 's behavior and rational analysis of morality. In fact, there three main core value in ethics which are life, happiness and ability to achieve goals. People view the world in selfish and ethical way. Selfish way is when the person only care about their own core values. And ethical way is when person respects and care about other peoples’ core values. It is also moral viewpoint that involves classifying and recommending notions of right or wrong conduct. Mainly, the purpose of this paper is to construct the concept of Ethical theories using specific examples or case scenarios. According to Thomas Hobbes, the theory of social contract means there wouldn’t be anything with value if there weren’t any rule or enforcement. Cooperation is main idea which is understood by rational people in most cases. Government has resources and capable of enforcing the laws. Moral rule are important when it approaches relation among community or people which is why acceptance of social contract is necessary and accepted. Moreover according to Jean- Jacques Rousseau, there is nothing above rule or laws and it also avoids people from following immoral rules (Dave 2012). The theory of social contract, more technical sense social contract theory in the present has been stylistically adjusted to examine over-all expectations between science and community. For example; organizational in well-known company are responsible for confirming that computer systems are up to date and the quality of workspace. Company’s leaders must study the personal and professional improvement, physical safety, and human dignity of all workers when analyzing a computer system which also follows the social contract theory since it require following set of moral rules such as confidentiality when modifying computer system. On the other hand, if that person goes against the policy of confidentially for personal benefits, in this case the person is going against social contract theory. James Rachel’s definition of social contract theory is when “morality consists in the set of rules governing how people are to treat one another that rational people will agree to accept, for their mutual benefit, on the condition that other follow those rules as well.”(Namdar
