Computers have taken over our lives. Computers are great things, and are very useful in everyday life, but they create distractions, which just makes us stay closer to computer rather than from the computer. In our modern day world, computers have absolute importance all around us, at work, at schools, at malls etc. It is impossible to run away from the devices and we’ve become so attached on it that we can’t do things on our own now. For example, say you were doing some homework and you couldn’t figure out the answer, instead of trying to understand the problem or asking a peer for help, you go on Google and find the answer. This attachment takes away from our mind from learning and thinking and it will remain with us until we learn to become less dependent on the computers. Yes! We are too dependent on computer to get us through life. We use it to find our relationships or to make friends, start fights, look for the current information, social media, to find information, and to give information, list keeps getting wider as the ages pass, because we rely too much on technology. The possibilities areendless. If people were to lose electricity they would probably panic and would be confused because they are in need of electricity. People in society nowadays are dependent when they should try to be independent without technology. Computer user ignores the risks and problem of using computers. Computers are a threat to human health. Computers can have effects on eyes, brain molecules and more.
Computer is not only a threat to human bodies but can make people lazy.
Computer users suffer from health risks. They don’t know that sitting on front of the computer for a long period of time is dangerous.

To help you with this addiction you can ensure your families help and help them support you in your decision. Let them help you go out more and tell them your schedule so you can distance yourself from the computer. Take your good feelings of the computer away. If you have business and email check up on. Get it done and get it off. Try to not play games and use the social networks and other websites. Try to maintain this process for a good month or two. Try to remind yourself the amount of time you use the computer and keep track of you progress. Think about how you are using your time in general and how spending so much time on the computer effects your ability to do other things friends, physical activity, hobbies, time outside, etc.
