Points I will cover in this essay are :Summery of the US Judicial System,standard organizational system and issues and challenges that faces each component system. The three component of US justice police, courts and corrections organization and administration work diligently and effortless to deliver the optimal fairness to much extent .How the three component of the US justice system deliver fairness is sometimes questionable. The three parts of the criminal justice system operate together under the rule of law and principal means of maintaining the rule of law within society.
Now its time to study each component system's organization and administration: what is the standard organizational structure for police,courts and correction?

1-Vertical Differentiation :The nature of the hierarchy, including the number of command layers and the social distance between layers.
2-Occupational Differentiation : The difference between employees specialized occupational skills.
3-Functional Differentiation:The degree to which the organization divides its work into specialized. The bigger the organization is the more divisions of functional differentiated they are .
4-Spatial Differentiation:The spread of the organization within its jurisdiction. Police agencies with a single headquarters facility are less spatially differentiated than those with precinct houses, substations, and other offices located within neighborhoods.

Many issues are facing correction but those issues are not addressed in the media as often as police and courts issues. Some of the issues are : 1- Aging inmates: those kind of inmates need some extra services such as concerning their health and ability to help them selves to do some basic things. 2- In prison gang actives: Prison ganging is well known issue they even make movies regarding that . 3- Sexual harassment and rape is another issue specially those young and weak inmates might be victims from such crimes ,ethical consideration toward this issue will be putting the weak and young inmates in one cell. The criminal justice system in the United States is made up of three parts: the police, the courts and corrections (Drakeford, 2011). Each one of these parts works simultaneously together and the work of one influences the work on another. All three parts of the US system have been influenced and stem from English law. To start, the role of the police in the US criminal justice system consists of the collection of evidence, arresting offenders, giving testimony in court and performing investigations (victimsofcrime.org, 2008). Officers begin by creating a report with all the information they have gathered. An investigation of the crime then begins and the identification of the suspect is underway. Once the suspect is thought to be found, officers can issue a citation for him/her to appear in court. The case will just remain open if there was not enough evidence collected (victimsofcrime.org, 2008). Next is the role of the courts. The courts decisions are made by judges who also are the key factor in determining sentences and plea bargains. Once an offender is convicted, they are either sent to prison or jail. Parole is a controversial issue because its vase ways to debate the challenges and problems that will exist. It’s like a side effect to medication based on one’s effectiveness belief. In like manner, the public media allows others who aren’t immediately effected to become tertiary, and secondary victims. It is the door to open opinions. An inmate is released from a sentence given parole and then assigned a parole and probation officer. The one thing that will make probation and parole successful is the supervision of the program and rehabilitation or residential treatment center. This will support the goal to maximize the good behavior and minimize the harmful behaviors of individuals. For the purpose of this paper, the Houston Police Department’s organizational structure will be used to illustrate the chain of command. The jail operations are designated to Strategic Operations as you can see from the diagram below, and it is overseen by the executive assistant chief, assistant chief and captain. The Criminal Justice system was put in place by these agencies, and established by the governments to help control the crimes and applies penalties to those that violate the law. Many people feel that the criminal justice system is there to protect and serve while others feel that the criminal justice system fails them daily.

The police responsibilities are of that of keeping the peace, apprehension of criminals, combat and prevention of crime, and social services. Once officers have been involved and it is determined that a crime or any other infraction has been committed, then the case will move into the jurisdiction of the courts. Than it should branch off to one person in charge of different general divisions of law enforcement. As it gets more specialized as you go down in the ranks, there will be more and more officers and other agents. No division would have its own policy and everyone reports back to their hierarchies. The man or woman in charge would be able to send out general instruction to the men and women below him to do certain tasks. To prevent one man or woman from having to much control of the centralized law enforcement agency, the leader should be elected in by the people but the person running for the role must meet a set of requirements that the organization CALEA would set forth for the person to be in charge.
The American Court System is an important part of American history and one of the many assets that makes America stand out from other countries. It thrives for justice through its structured and organized court systems. The structures and organizations are widely influenced by both the State and U.S Constitution. The courts have important characters that used their knowledge and roles to aim for equality and justice. These court systems have been influenced since the beginning of the United State of America. Today, these systems and law continue to change and adapt in order to keep and protect the peoples’ rights.

In this paper, I propose to talk about how all the three parts of the criminal justice system works and also delve a little bit on the issue of racism in context of the criminal justice system as a lot of people believe that the system most of the times acts keeping the individual’s race in mind.
A common style of police leadership is a more bureaucratic style where the leader manages “by the book”, everything must be done in accordance with pre-written policies and procedures (Cordner & Scarborough, 2010). When a certain problem or concern isn’t covered by the book the leader refers to the next level for a decision. This style removes the ability of the leader to manage and forces a strict accordance to the “book”. This style can be very effective when dealing with dangerous situations which can be a common occurrence in police work.
Every country has a form of criminal justice system. This system consists in a different series of organizations that work together to defend, sentence and punish those that did not follow the law or have been involved in any type of crime. In most of the countries, the system is similar be-cause is based on law enforcement agencies, attorney generals, judges, courts of law and prisons. All of these organizations work together to contribute towards the better enhancement of the working cooperation within the criminal justice system. However, these procedures won’t al-ways be fully applicable in certain countries.
