Coffee is the most popular beverage in this world. It has a big influence in our daily life. Some of us start our day with a cup of coffee; Some of us might not be able to function without a decent cup of coffee; Some of us rely on coffee to make a living. (Piano,2015). According to “Coffee Facts”(2008), in United States, there are more than 450 million cups of coffee consumed daily. On average, each coffee drinker consumed three and a half cups each day. In Malaysia, Malaysia Coffee Culture starts with the arrival of branded retails outlets such as Starbucks, Coffee Bean and so on in the local market around 1997 to 1998. (Abdul Rahman ,2010).

He summarized the seven most famous coffee drinks in this world. These had included Espresso, Cappuccino, Americano, Cafe Latte, Caf au Lait, Café Mocha and Caramel Macchiato. Obviously, Espresso can be said as the foundation of all the other types of coffee and it has much more higher caffeine content than others. Usually unroasted coffee seems to have higher protein, acid, sugar and caffeine compared to roasted coffee. However, unroasted coffee lacks of taste of roasted coffee due to Mailard or other chemical reaction during roasting. Coffee beans types: the coffee bean. (2014) mentioned that there are two main coffee bean which are famous. They are Arabica coffee bean and Robusta coffee bean. When compared to each other, Arabica coffee bean has 50% less caffeine than Robusta coffee bean. Robusta coffee bean is bitter whereas Arabica coffee is sweeter.
