Examine the information within the company’s code of ethical conduct, and choose three (3) key issues from within the document that you believe are critical for success. Provide a rationale for the response. The selected business organization is Coca Cola Company. This company is well known for production of soft drinks and beverages, which include coke, fanta, sprite, krest, among many other brands. On the other hand, it is best to note that this firm is an American business organization, retailer, manufacturer, and marketer of non-alcoholic drinks. The headquarters of this multinational corporation is in Atlanta. Most importantly, the company is worldly known for its global brand name of Coca Cola. Furthermore, the company makes distributions to more than 200 countries as it offers more than five hundred brands of its beverages to people for consumption. In essence the company serves close to two billion people globally each day. Moreover, the business organization operates a franchise business system of distribution whereby it gains a lot from this particular mechanism (Mike 2001). From the company’s code of ethical conduct, there are three components that have contributed towards the success of the company. The first one is integrity whereby the firm endeavors to conduct its operations as well as serving its many consumers with integrity. This component has been and is critical for the business’ success because it establishes and enhances a good reputation for the company. In addition, the company has made a lot of sponsorships to sporting activities and this helps to build on the good corporate image of the company. These efforts greatly contributes to the sustainable development goals because they create a good image for the company in the public and this causes to be associated with the company in so many ways like business and support.
