The classical perspective emphasizes managing work and the need to run organizations productively. The perspective is called classical because it includes the first works and contributions that comprise the core of advanced management theory.
There are three types of management in classical theory
Administrative management and
• Scientific Management, likewise called Taylorism, is a theory of management that examines and incorporates work processes. Its fundamental goal is enhancing economic effectiveness, particularly work profitability. It was one of the most punctual endeavours to apply science to the building of procedures and to administration.
There are some principles of this theory
• Before giving any task to the employee, employer/boss should understand all the task perfectly or we can say employer or boss should have knowledge for how to perform that particular task which is given to employee/worker.
• Its better to simply assign employees to do any task, match the employee for their task based on their capability and motivation, and give them proper training to work at maximum efficiency
• Keep eyes on employees performance, and provide them proper information and supervision to make sure that they are using easiest way of working.
• Allocate tasks/responsibilities between supervisor and employees, by that supervisor spend their time for planning and training, allowing the employees to perform their duties efficiently.

Equity theory of Motivation: in this organisation all the employees are getting paid as their position and all the employees are treated very well by manager and owner. Manager and supervisor are not bios with any employees all are same and they treat them equally.
All Organizations Use different Motivational Tools and Techniques to Motivate Their Employees in Attempts to make sure That They are doing Best of Their Abilities.
