During class we played anger games. The first game we played was Hidden Rules and the second game we played was Escape from Anger Island. The hardest part of the activity was that we had to stop playing the game. The easiest part of the activity was playing the game.

During this activity all the group members acted very open and outgoing. As for myself, during this activity I acted very hyper and playful. During the group activity group members told each other how they tend to behave during games. For example, Sasha and I mentioned how we are extremely completive. During this activity I learned that Sasha is very competitive like myself. I also learned that Sasha has a hard time saying sorry and when she does say sorry she laughs. Another thing I learned from this activity is that Friztline does not allow her children to use a calculator. Based on what I learned from this activity, I noticed different strengths and weaknesses within the group. For instances, our strengths are that we trust each other, we all respect each other and also we have a sense of cohesive. My strengths as a group member are that I am very talkative, motivating, fun and helpful. My weaknesses as a group member are that I tend to talk negative about my self and sometimes I feel stupid about things a say. Something that the group members learned from this activity that may help them in there daily life is that when they become a therapist or if they have kids who have anger issues they can play these fun games with them to help them manage their anger. Something that I learned about group members that may help me understand the needs of others in future groups that I lead or participate in is that I need to be understanding when the is a group member does not want to talk because during this activity members had to read different cards that they picked up however sometimes they refused to read the card. Something I learned about myself during this group activity that may help me handle a future situation in this group is I need to be understandable to members when they do not wish to talk during an activity. Furthermore, something I learned about myself that may help me in the future outside of this class is that I should always try to not feel stupid or insecure when ever I am part of a group or around other people because usually people like my fun uplifting
