Therefore, she and whomever else that wants to participate with her in this investment will be allowed to receive proper training on how to execute daily, weekly, monthly and yearly operations. Marvin her husband is supportive of his wife because he is offering to help with the capital to the business. I am sure he would be more involved however, I am assuming that he is busy with own career. If Kelsey decides not to honor her husband’s wishes and begins to work at the coffee shop this could create friction and negative vibes with Shania, Marvin, Kelsey, Kelsey husband and their children. Therefore, I would suggest that Kelsey try and work it out with her husband so that she can work or she simply can’t be involved. Before Kelsey talks with her husband, I would encourage her to become familiar with Ephesians 4:2-3 which states “Be completely humble and gentle; Be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace." Furthermore, Kelsey’s husband needs to come off his high horse and be more like Marvin and support his wife’s ambitions. He must also realize that his children are almost grown and they can take care of themselves if she isn’t home. Finally, I would only allow Carlos to be involved if I needed his assistance with capital since, he is only wanting to make some additional money. 1 Corinthians 5:12-13 states “For what have I to do with judging those outside? Is it not those who are inside that you are to judge? 13 God will judge those outside. Drive out the wicked person from among you.”
