I would have to say my development in Christian thought came with conviction. I am a Christian and believe in Jesus and our Father. My Christian faith has always been strong and I cannot remember a time when it was not. That being said, my studying at Wayland Baptist University has been a powerful influence for me, as I am now closer to the Lord than I have ever been. I am learning to pray more often and I know without any doubt The Holy Spirit fills me for the papers I write and the exams I take. My wish would be for my continued growth in my journey with the Lord.

Sometimes having this kind of responsibility can be a good or bad thing. With my Christian faith I would do what’s right to the best of my ability, even if it means making the unpopular decision. Mankind is created in the image of God, and we are all created equally, and we all should be treated the same. If someone disagrees with you or does not like you, that does not mean you reprimand or fire them. The Christian worldview is instilled in me that doing any such things is morally wrong. The organization has put their trust in me to do the right thing and not abuse my power. I will be held accountable for all of my actions and should abide by the
