I nominate Regina Geis for recognition in the State Hall of Fame. Born on December 29, 1995, daughter of Robert and Robin Geis, sister of Daniel and Benjamin Geis. Regina is an inspiring person who brings out joy and happiness. She inspires people to give their best and live for the right reasons. She is an overachiever and has always done well in school. In fact, Regina is a straight A student. It is encouraging how much time and effort she puts in her school time. Spending some of her time at work and home, but spending most of her time at school or church. Regina strives for excellence, but other than her inspiring life, she shall first be recognized for more than what she does but for who she is, like her personality; beautiful, awesome and amazing, outgoing and funny, exhilarating and adventurous, goofy and silly, caring and kind, sweet, a perfect character, there is never a dull moment when hanging out with her. Though she has her serious moments, when it comes to having fun, she knows how to embrace herself. When music plays, she dances and sings, and does not care what she looks like or who is around. Sometimes showing your complete self is hard, but Regina is 100% herself. The times she hangs out with her girls or sometimes, even her brother, well, lets just say it is all laughs and giggles from there. Speaking of her brother, siblings fight daily and they have their differences, but Regina shows the roll of a wonderful big sister. Yes, some days her brother drives her crazy, but she would do absolutely anything for him, as well as her friends and family. There are times when she places herself before others, but she deserves that because she places others before herself the majority of the time. One person believed by many to be an inspiration on and off the baseball field is David Ortiz. David Ortiz should be given the title National Treasure because of his profound charity work and contributions to baseball. He has saved the lives of hundreds of children by giving them medical care they desperately need, and has revolutionized the role of the designated hitter in baseball.
It does not mention that he has a heart condition, just that he is wheel-chair bound. In the movie, a substitution is made. Horace is sickly and away receiving treatment for his heart condition. This substitution is important because in the play, Regina’s two brothers come and ask her husband for the $75,000 for their cotton mill, which he refuses so they steal his railroad bonds from the bank safety deposit box. The play is about the jealousy and desire for wealth of Regina on her own, rather than relying on the wealth of her husband. The fact that she was a female and unable to inherit money of her father causes her to rely on her husband, where as her brothers inherited money and rely upon themselves. The Sultan of Swat, Jack Dunn's baby, The Caliph of Clout, The Big Bam, The Great Bambino are among a few of the nicknames given to George Herman "Babe" Ruth Jr. who should be next on the list on Time "Person of the Year”. Basketball has Michael Jordan, Golf has Tiger Woods, Boxing has Muhammed Ali, and when one thinks of Baseball, the first name that pops up is Babe Ruth. His accomplishments in the sport of baseball revamped how the world viewed baseball. Babe’s greatest strength greatest in baseball was his slugging power, which intimidated pitchers because if given the chance, he was gonna hit that ball out of the park. His slugging power and pitching made him unique and a star attraction for baseball fans around the world. This new found excitement for America’s sport was very important for U.S Citizens at the time due to the country going through the Great Depression. Americans needed any positive encouragement to get them through this time, and the Great Bambino’s slugging power it was what Americans needed at the time. He not only revolutionized baseball but also contributed to United States history. These contributions along with the sense of hope and encouragement he provided American citizens during this time in American history are why he should be declared Time "Person of the Year".
In conclusion, Regina George is high in extraversion, high in neuroticism, low in agreeableness, in the middle for conscientiousness, and low in openness. To better understand and further analyze Regina George’s personality, information about her past such as her childhood would be beneficial. Also, observing her senior year in high school or receiving information about it to see how the changed Regina was behaving would be extremely beneficial when it comes to analyzing her personality.
In conclusion, Lou Gehrig was and will always be an American hero to many people. His ability to play 2,130 consecutive games (“Great Athletes” 11) with many broken bones and other injuries is a feat that only a few will be able to accomplish. Not to mention the many awards and records the Iron horse has set and achieved. The people that had the opportunity to watch him play are very lucky. Not many players like Lou Heinrich Gehrig AKA the Iron Horse come along often.
Brigid O’Shaughnessy, Phyllis Nordlinger, Walter Huff, and Helen Grayle are my top nominees for Employee of Eternity, they will be wonderful asset to Hell,Inc. and its mission. They all are similar in the fact that they have committed murdered, a large portion of their cause is due to money or to get what they want, and then they have to cover up what they did. With the women, their similarities are their immaculate skills in seducing, manipulating, and lying, using their bodies and looks to get men to kill for them or protect them from the law. With Walter, his difference is pure remorse and you will not see that with any of the female candidates they truly have never felt bad for murdering someone. The final difference in my nominees is Phyllis whom is not necessarily evil, but completely psychotic in believing she is death and it is the only one she has ever loved, she is the only choice that desires and utterly pleasures in causing death. I will further review each choice and their personal sins along with details that could qualify them.

I don’t know where I would be without my best friend. The person who keeps me sane when my family is driving me crazy, or the person who will stay up with me all night to support me when I have a last minute paper due in a class; I don’t know where I would be without that support. I found this support in my best friend, my sister from another father, Regina. Regina is an eccentric, overbearing, lover of all things natural type of girl. She lives life to the fullest and never backs down from a challenge. She is funny, full of whit and sharper than a tack fresh out of the box. Although it hasn’t always been a smooth road for us we still remain friends to this day.

Regina Maywack lived just down the road from me. Before 5th grade I never knew who she was. As the year progressed we got closer and closer. Regina was extremely talented. She was, in my mind, a genius; she loved school and always did well. She was also blessed with athletic ability. Something I respected since most other kids we knew weren't involved in sports. No matter what day it was I always went to school knowing that Regina would be there with a smile on her face. It seemed as though she didn't have a care in the world. There were days I would show up mad at something my parents had done, or at something that hadn't gone my way, and she would just look at me with those honest eyes and tell me to be thankful for the good things.
