Since starting the doctoral program, I learned that leadership behaviors and decisions do affect employees and organizations. Various scholars’ revealed leadership is both rational and emotional and involves both sides of human experience. Leadership also includes traits and influences based on reason and logic as well those based on inspiration and passion. Moreover; leadership development comes through experience.
