This chapter focuses on changes and how to manage the change in global organization and the important of change and willingness of employee toward change. Global organization change is defined as "strategically aligned alterations in patters of employee behaviors within organization operating across national borders". To increased profit margin, the organization had to offer the more services to its customers in the form of advanced product know how. This chapter presents a three stages model that managers can use a checklist for managing a change process. There are three different types of change situation depend on the performances of the organization; anticipatory, reactive, and crisis. The Anticipatory "environment shift and make challenge through a process of continuous learning and follow the path of the renewal. This usually works when there is no trouble or problem and performance is still good. The management can change its environment by the key tool which is by education and educating people about the potential dangers and threat. This change is usually very slow change in the organizations. "Reactive" stage is another environmental shifts, in this manger see the warnings sign and but they interrupt it differently and it’s usually depend on the role of the managers. In this stage managers create the picture of the future and the achievement they can achieved in the future but this stage can be slow or low pace or fast. Crisis stage, the problems are clear for everyone to see and the crises courage the fast rapid and permanent change. ...ng and training the employee is further divided into three parts; first one is continuous management; is managing the resistance by eliminate the resistance change, the common reason for the change is poor communication, lack of trust, failure to established the need of change, low tolerance for change etc. The second is transition devices to remove obstacles and improved the employee performance; by minimizing the ups and down occur in the way of changing and adapting the new behaviors. Third is ongoing open and honest communication of progress; show the short term wins but don’t show or celebrate the victory so soon because it confused the member about the success. There are many kinds of changes that can be happen in one organization but it is important to choose which change is better for that organization and also to improve the performance of that organization.
