Cesar Chavez is known as being an American civil right activist who fought for farmworkers rights. Senator Robert F. Some people may say that immigrants are bad people but Cesar Chavez was an immigrant himself yet, also a hero to the country. They receive so much negative attitude which is unfair because they all have reasons to leave their country and come to the U.S. Operation wetback was such a frightening phase for immigrants all around the U.S. They came to live the American dream but couldn’t do that because they were too busy running away from immigration. Although there is a way to become a citizen, there are a lot of steps to take before taking the citizenship test. A test that symbolizes if they qualify to remain in the U.S. and live by Americans who don’t know who their own vice president is. Everyday, coming to the U.S. gets harder and harder. People like Donald Trump treat immigrants like animals and try to keep them in their cage. Thankfully, there are people like Cesar Chavez who stand up for immigrants and fight for their rights.
