There was no possible way that you could use your cell phone during the test because you were required to have your full attention on the road with both hands placed at ten and two o’clock on the steering wheel. If United States citizens could just put their cell phones out of hands’ reach until they arrive at their destinations, the country would have safer roads and highways. It is a fact that automobile accidents would be lowered tremendously if all of the states participated in the ban of cell phone use while driving. Together, politicians and the people of the United States urgently need to have all cell phone use while driving banned in the rest of the fifty states.
