Recommended: How has technology impacted criminal justice

The Criminal Justice System has a wide range of data collection. A database gives the crime and public safety information used by the similar areas of the criminal justice systems. Technology provides every division of the criminal justice system results to a flawless use of information significant to its role. Information sharing and crime mapping based on trends increase the criminal justice capabilities of federal and local organizations (Foster 2005). Uncle Bob was arrested for this very reason. Through Uncle Bob's story a person can see the process and learn the databases officers have on hand as well as the communication techniques law enforcement agencies use. The tactical information refers to information that the officers get in the field to make an immediate decision. Tactical information helps the officer to get information while just riding around in his car.
The vacation seemed to be going very well until we got into Miami, Florida and got pulled over for speeding. Not knowing what information could come up in the matter of minutes, Uncle Bob did not look too happy that he had gotten pulled over for something as simple as speeding. He just stood there shaking his head, which made me wonder what I had gotten myself into. After Officer Clark came back to the car from running Uncle Bob’s information that he got from his driver license number or social security number, he knew everything that he could know about Uncle Bob, such as his name, birth date, height, and weight. Officer Clark also knew the dates of his offenses, trial, and punishment. I knew he had gotten into some trouble but after hearing the officer give the reason for his arrest I just could not believe how the he gotten all of that information so fast. T...
