Professional Coaching
“People are remarkably bad at remembering long lists of goals. One may have learned this at a professional level when trying to get my high-performance coaching clients to stay on track; the longer their lists of to-dos and goals, the more overwhelmed and off-track they got. Clarity comes with simplicity.” As a child he always looked at being able to play or coach a sport at the professional level. For the reason of me just loving the game of Basketball. Also i know it will make an impact on lives because people look up to you and the money in make will give back to communities and change lives around you. The career of a Professional Coach is a challenging and fun career,because of the level of competition and it’s a dream job. The research will describe the career of Professional Coach, what is required to become a successful, and the impact this career has on society.
Having this as a career comes with a lot of duties and obligations. It takes away a lot of free time that you may have with other jobs. Some of the general duties of a professional coach are being able to give back to the community, being able to spend extra time after practice with players to work on their skills or even talk game plans with the players. Some other duties would be to address the media after games or before a special event, also coming up with big decision on deciding young players to draft for your team to try and build a championship organization. Now when it comes to specific duties the number one job is to coach your players during the games also during close games you have to come up with the best end of game scenario to put your team in the best situation so you really have to out coach the other coach.

As shown in this picture a former coach given the opportunity to give back and help young teenage men try to reach their goal in basketball and he is doing that by helping this player by coaching him extra on the sideline. There can be advancement in this career but that 's all up to how well someone coaches their team and how successful they are to be given a higher job by a GM in their organization. In these two picture it shows one of the NBA 'S best coaches of all time Phil Jackson from when he was coaching to his press conference of when he was promoted to be a GM for the New York Knicks. This shows that there are opportunities in this field to be advanced to a higher position of work or a different career.
