Bullying comes in many different forms, from physical to verbal abuse. Bullying is real and it has been a problem for many years, and many people of all ages has been affected. My experience with bullying started years ago in school when people started hating me because they thought I was gay. Being bullied taught me that I wasn 't the problem, but those who had bullied me over and over. My experience with bullying at such an early age has helped me overcome all the struggles I have been through, not only with my sexuality, but also with myself because it made me stronger as a person.
I remember when I was 12 year old and my friend Christian was one year older than I. Christian was one of the few male friends I had as a child. We were always together everywhere we went, and it felt really good to have a friend who I could rely on for anything. I always had many girl-friends everywhere I went. The girls were always the first to talk to me . For some reason, almost every new friend I’ve ever had has been a girl. People from my neighborhood and friends started to realize I was always around girls. So, they started rumors about me and my sexuality. I started questioning my own sexuality and wondered if what they were saying might be true.
Everything got worse for me a month later when I made a kid’s mistake and tried to find myself. I made a choice to see if the rumors about me were true. I decided to experiment and find out who I was. Christian and I tried something we had not done before.

...ll the rumors about being gay started. I didn 't felt unique, different or proud because I was ashamed in accepting who I like Amy Tan. I learned that being different is what make us who we are as persons and we never should be ashamed of ourselves.
In conclusion, being bullied was a tough experience in my life but after that experience. I gained the confidence I needed to confront the people who bullied me. I’m a young adult in college and I 'm doing great. This is my life, and I won 't let anyone or anything break me anymore. I will live my life to the fullest and nobody will stop me from being who I want to be. Actor Will Smith once said, ¨Stop letting people who do so little for you control so much of your mind, feelings and emotions¨. There are always going to be people who will try to break you down, but it is up to you whether to let them or not.
