Political Background
Brazil is a federal republic with presidential and democratic system, where the president acts as the head of the government and the head of the country and elected every 4 years. The central power of the government divided into three branches: Executive power by the President, and helped by cabinet. Legislative power by the parliament which is Nation Congress that composed of Chamber of Deputies and Federal Senate. The deputies elected every 4 years and the Senate elected every 8 years. Judicial power by the judiciary, consist of Supreme Federal Court, and other Superior Court. These three powers are the power for construction, endorsement, and supervision of the law in Brazil.

Population
Brazil is the largest country in Southern America, with the fifth biggest in the term of population. In 2014 Brazil has over 200 million of people populate in every part of this country. The increase is significant from 2010. Just over three years, Brazil has grown over 10 million people. Today, Brazil has known as a country of young people, because 62% of its population are 29 or under ages. Before, until 2010 Brazil grow rate is very slow at 1.26%, this mean that Brazil only slightly faster than the world average.
Ethnicity
Brazil people categorize mainly by skin color. People place themselves into one of a category, some of which would seem unusual to an American or European. Brazilians are asked to report whether they believe they are white, black, brown or yellow. The census indicated that 55% Brazilians were white, 38% were brown, 6% were black, 1% is the other. This method of classifying race is controversial within Brazil.
