The Boys & Girls Club of America seeks talent from all over when looking to recruit new faces for their team. The search for the new employees are done in a number of different ways some internally and externally. Making sure that all candidates have the same opportunity to apply for the job, but only the most eligible candidates will be hired. Being a passionate lively leader attracted to a career in youth development. Criminal background checks are required for every staff member and volunteer who has direct contact with children. Having the ability to be multilingual is a plus because the Boys & Girls Club caters to all children from all backgrounds and races. A record of management capability in the establishing and delivering education, leadership and sports programs for the members in a community center setting. The ability to engage the knowledge of physical education, for bother genders and those with disabilities giving everyone a chance to participate. Knowledge in the developing programs for the youth that they can learn from and relate to, to help them to become respectful and responsible citizens. Strong communication skills orally and verbally.
