Be the Manager: Creating an Ethical Code

Our Mission:

To sell delicious and remarkable food and drinks; that the food and drink we sell meets high standards of quality and freshness and combines both modern and traditional styles of cooking. Provide our customers with remarkable service by demonstrating professionalism, geniality efficiency and knowledge in our work. To have every customer who comes through our doors to leave impressed and satisfied by our restaurant and eager to come back time after time. To create and maintain a restaurant that is comprehensive and exceptional in its attention to every detail of operation. To provide all employees a friendly, rewarding and respectable environment, this encourages a long-term growth employment. Keep our concept new, pure, exciting and on the cutting edge of the hospitality and entertainment industry. To be helpful and giving members of our community and use our restaurant to improve the quality of life in our surrounding areas.

The Five main ethical rules/principles of my business

A. Employee Relation- We will always strive to be fair and objective in our actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, color, age, pregnancy national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status or personal disability. This applies to all personnel conduct including hiring, compensation, benefits, promotion, termination and layoff.

B. Public Health-This restaurant is committed not only to comply with all relevant health and safety laws, but also to conduct business in a matter that protects the safety of employees and our customers. All employees are required to comply with all health and safety laws. Always avoid ...

D. Duty of care- Each employee is required adherence to a stand of reasonable care. You must act towards others and the public with watchfulness, attention and caution. Do not show anger to any customer, employee or manager. Any relation against an employee as a result of reporting a violation will be subject to disciplinary action.

E. Confidentiality- All questions and reports will be treated with sensitivity and discretion and will be kept confidential. It is against the policy to retaliate against any employee for reporting of violations of this Code. Information of this restaurant must be protected. We must also respect the confidentiality given to us by suppliers and other parties. Any retaliation against an employee as a result of reporting a violation will be subject to disciplinary action.
