Poetry
Poetry has always been way instrumental in my life. It’s a way for me to express how I feel to myself, it is a beautiful paradise, and poetry is the awakening of the third eye. Also because of its traits of presenting imagery, its ability to make things out of an object that may not seem to be tangible, known as poetry in motion.

Rappers, speakers and also singers may be identified as poet’s depending on the degree of truth they shown their talks, raps or music. Poetry has the ability to make ugly truths looks beautiful, for example, outsiders looking in may say rappers perpetuate the violence that has been seen in certain communities, schools and events that happen. Using poetry in the form of music can still can be used as therapy because it creates a lot of curiosity, skepticism and also critical thinking, but reading it makes you look internally and ask what I am being asked to believe or accept. Poetry is an action that cannot be calculated or measure, what I say saying is an observational study.

Robert Frost once said “Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.” Also poetry is what the early African would spread knowledge to different villages, so that would cause the poets have some significance because they were vital .Also addressing how therapeutic it is for someone who can relate, so as a poet I think it is very unique and also very well need and well appreciated in the community because I know deep down every poet just wants to be loved
So not only poetry therapy to the mind body and soul. It is a way of life for some, also a way to escape for other’s reality, work, and stress or just to get into a space or place you’ve never been mental. It’s a way to express idea to you that you may not even understand, but overall it helps a lot
