Most people in our society believe the art of writing ends once they finish school, whether it be high school or college. However, writing never ends. There will never be a point in your life where you will not benefit from attaining writing skills. From having lengthy writings, emailing coworkers, or just filling out forms, writing will always be needed, whether it is seen or not.
There are many occupations our world has to offer, and there is so much knowledge you can obtain by interviewing and even just by observing. There was much knowledge gained from the interview with Lukas Miller, the current athletic trainer at Carrizo Springs High School. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he ventured over to Texas to pursue his education in athletic training. ...g reading and writing classes to attain great skills that are difficult to attain, and most people forget those skills once they finish with school and never look back to them.”
Writing is a skill that will always be essential. No matter what your major or minor is in college, you must be aware that you will use writing in every single occupation. Even when you are applying to jobs, you must be aware of the importance of writing. If it was between you and someone else to land a job as secretary for an office, and you were both required to write a response as to why you are the better candidate for the job, who would get chosen? I can guarantee the better writer would. You never know when and where situations like this will occur, which is why it’s best to stay strong in writing and practice frequently to maintain your writing skills from what you learned in school.

The Art of Writing Essay

- Writing is like art- it helps us to express ourselves. However, writing differs from art in that it has to follow specific parameters, such as structure, syntax, grammar, and so on. At the beginning of the quarter, I had preconceived ideas as to what "good" writing was, and how I should go about it. While working on my first assignment, I discovered that to be reasonably successful at this I had to leave behind my perceptions of writing as it is accepted in my country and to start from scratch. Throughout this portfolio, I demonstrate my development and growth as a writer....   [tags: Writing Analysis]

- Does texting have an effect on students writing skills. In this era, communicating via text is a huge part of a student’s life. - Which Comes First: The Art or the Artist. A Historical Perspective The approach of the year 2000 seems a good time to think about the way the role of art and the artist has changed through history, and how modern art is interpreted by a modern audience. Demos as an Art Essay

- Demos as an Art A little more than two years ago I came across a very small computer program that amazed me. It was very small as computer programs go, but it did something I have never seen before - it used a mathematical formula to create a stunning moving display, and played music in the background.
