The human resource is a great component in an organization. In this regard, the training of the staff so that they understand how the new system operates is a critical step. The advancement in technology has seen the design of a sophisticated system, which needs mastery to operate. In the healthcare, keeping records safe is important. Patients care about their privacy, and the role of health record professionals is to ensure that patient’s data is safeguarded.
