Over the last decade, technology has done nothing but progressed, creating positive and negative results. We utilize technology to achieve various tasks in our everyday lives and to broaden our abilities, which makes the individuals the most vital part of any mechanical framework. Individuals, particularly teenagers have become excessively dependent and accustomed to using technology as a part of their regular daily basis. A large number of today’s teens invest their time in a computer monitor or smartphones. Teenagers on their daily basis use technology from the second they wake up till the second they go to sleep. At this crucial age time, teenagers are supposed to enjoy life but they are slowly being addicted to their devices and the Internet. Technology has allowed humans to do things that were previously unimaginable for humans to even think of doing. But in this midst of time, individuals, especially teenagers have overly been dependent on technology to do even the simplest tasks.
