Anders Behring Breivik learned shooting from Call of Duty. He was the one who committed The Norway July, 2011, massacre. There are many people who think ban all violent video games. People who played these kinds of games started to play them from an early age. After seeing children play violent games, someone will want to fully support preventing these kinds of games from getting into children’s hands. Violent video games can be somewhat good, and the game industry is providing great economic growth in different parts of the world. Regardless of this economic growth, children experience educational adversity as result of playing games Time and attention are two keys elements for students to succeed. Playing violent video games inhibit a student’s capability to learn. Usually, children are not satisfied with anything they have. Increasing the number of hours playing means kids cannot stop playing after just one hour. Research on this major problem gives some number that should be used to prevent this problem from happening in the future. According to Douglas A. Gentile, Ph.D, an associate professor of psychology, declared that in the middle of 1980’s the average amount of time they had been playing video games was quite low, on average about two hours spent on playing per week for girls and on average boys spent four hours of playing video games. In contrast, in 2012 he ends with average the girl playing about 5.5 hours per week and boy about 13 hours per week. As long as children grow, their desire for playing games expands. After children get used to playing at a limit they consider as normal, it can take them out of studying life. Grant James, in his book Australian Psychologist, take a position in anger by mentioning how people change performance after playing violent video games for 20 minutes. Changing in scores in the game for players increased anger after playing a short game. As player deeply focused on his or her game, intensity have increased. Learning and achievements on school need attentiveness on their requirements. Because there are huge competitions on successes in our new life, there should be some sensation on children and their school. Preventing violent video games in children’s hands should be taken extremely seriously. It is handled at childhood age and it can perish in future generations. If the problem is not solved now, it will get more complicated in the future.
