Introduction:
Google, Inc. is a multinational technology company that specializes in technical products and internet related services. The company was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, who are both graduate students at Stanford University. In addition, around “January of 1996, the pair began collaborating on writing a program for a search engine dubbed BackRub, named after its ability to do back link analysis” (Bellis, M. 2014). BackRub first appeared to be on Stanford servers until Brin and Page decided to change the name of the search engine to Google in 1997. On September 4, 1998 Google becomes a corporation as “Larry and Sergey open a bank account in the newly-established company 's name and deposit Andy Bechtolsheim 's check” (Our history in depth – Company – Google. 2016). As the company increased in size the company began to offer a variety of products to their clients. For instance, some of the online web services that the company offers to their clients are “Google Maps, Google Earth, and iGoogle” (Alchin, L. 2015). These programs were some of the first services the corporation released after the corporation released their search engine and advertising program.
In recent events, the corporation will take its advertising business, web search service, and several companies sides projects to comprise together as the Alphabet holding company. This company “will include search, ads, maps, apps, YouTube, and Android; Calico, which studies longevity; Nest, which develops smart thermostats, smoke alarms, and other smart home devices.” (Green, T. 2016). Google continues to increase in rapid growth by offering top quality products and online services to make them accessible and useful for their customers to use.

For instance, “according to research firm MarketsandMarkets, the IAM Market is expected to grow 15.1% over the five years from 2013 to 2018” (Wilson, S. 2014). Many companies such Okta, Microsoft, and IBM offer their own IAM service for consumers to use. It is important for google to look into investing in cyber security as many cyber security industries are continuing to thrive by offering reliable security products and services to protect businesses from security risks.
Conclusion:
Overall, Google Inc. is a great corporation that continues to develop new technological products and services for their consumers to use. The corporation looks to expand their ideas and services for consumers that do not have the nessecitites to do so.
