The main idea of the book that the author shares is about negative emotions. An important aspect of one’s life is their feelings. The roles of emotions that are told throughout the book help people seek out their feelings in an average everyday life to help give them support and to improve. With that being said, using the information found throughout the book helped me support and back up the thoughts I will be using in my research paper. The information about negative emotions and thoughts is reliable enough to use in my paper.
