On the day of September 11, 2001, was a horrible day for not just America, but for the whole world! Two hijacked planes flew into the World Trade Center. One plane flew into the Pentagon and another one was on it’s way to the Pentagon when the passengers overtook the hijackers and caused the plane to crash in Pennsylvania. 9/11 was the most tragic moment in the United States because it was the biggest attack on American soil, claimed so many lives, and took a huge chunk out of America's economy.
September 11, 2001 was a day that every one in the world will remember! The group Al Qaeda hijacked two planes and flew them into the World Trade Centers. It was the biggest attack on American soil in its history. There have been lots of attacks, but this one was in no doubt the biggest ever. People from all over the world came out to help the people recover. It still affects people all over the world today as we speak. The thing is that no one ever saw it coming. When the building collapsed, a lot of people died then too! America was shocked in so many ways because of the attacks. The most of the people who died, were firefighters, police officers, and military officers (Until the Fire Stops Burning). The second biggest attack on America soil could not even match up to 9/11 because 9/11 lost over 3,000 people and the second biggest lost close to 500 people (Britannica).

...at day will never be forgotten. People will always remember it. So many people lost their lives that day. The group that did this disaster doesn't even care. Osama Bin Laden was the main one who caused it. He lead group called Al Qaeda who was known for very bad attacks. The attacked America way before 9/11. They wanted to send America a message saying to leave our country. America did not listen so they kept on attacking us. The presidents during these attacks were President Bill Clinton and President George Bush. During the attack of 9/11, George Bush was in office. When the attack happened, George Bush was at an Elementary school Reading them a book called The Pet Goat (Google.com). 9/11 Was the most tragic moment in the United States because it was the biggest attack on America soil, claimed so many lives, and took a huge chunk out of the American economy.
