Now days is very easy to have any meal without no effort or time requirement. This new trend of the 20th century consistence of convenience food according to Cardil food company “Convenience foods must be tasty and high quality, while meeting consumer expectations in terms of ease of use, safety, variety, packaging, nutritional value and product appeal.” This shows us how this convenience food sounds so appealing for today 's working society where time is not spend at the kitchen. We opt for fast and cook less options, but how healthy can this products be that are ready to eat in less than five minutes. The food industry makes the convenience factor so appealing people forget the fact that this product has more chemicals listed in the back than naturals, if you are lucky to find any natural ingredient in it. This demonstrates how people are concentrating in everything besides what is really in their food.

Convenience, affordability and social influences are some of the biggest factors why our eating habits are changing. They are the reason why today 's food choices are nowhere near how they were before. The food industry and nutrition science are also responsible and they are behind making everything more desirable due their good use of consumers needs for something easy affordable and beneficial. Therefore is easy for they to trick us making us make bad choices affecting our health and well being. If we do not start paying attention to what we eat and follow our food from the farm to the fork our society health will keep decreasing creating ore obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol or sugar levels. This s not a topic to be taking lightly if we do not stop all this bad choices who knows what our generation awaits.
