Amazon’s macro-environment is made up of six external factors: political, economic, environmental, technological, social, and legal conditions. Amazon Strengths and Weaknesses Amazon has more warehouses than any other online retail sites. They also have them spread out all over the world in more countries than any other online retailor. This gives them a competitive advantage because they are able to get the product to the customer quicker and most of the time overnight even.
