As you can see in the title, I will be writing about Indian Reservations and their tribes. Where they were established, why they were established, when they were established, what a reservation is, and who lives in the reservation. First off I’d like to talk about the reservations. A reservation is a land given to indigenous people usually from the government, but doesn’t have full power or the land. Native Americans lived on these reservations, but they weren’t fully in charge of that small reservation. The federal government had most of the power and took away their land. After the settlers came in and started taking over the land, Indians started to fight with the white people. Government soon came and made peace, which kicked the Indians out of their territory. They were established to make peace between settlers who took the land because they wanted to use the land for farming, while the Indians were fighting for their land.
