Each year there is 44 million abortions in the world. Abortion first happened in the 1800s in Western Europe, it has been around in every corner of the world for the past years. Abortion became a “thing” to prevent suffering of the mother and her future child. After the 1800’s that 's when many people began to think of abortion as cruel and inhumane. After making abortion legal in the United States it became one of the most controversial issues ever. Due to abortion being one of the most controversial topics ever it has caused disagreements with the pro-life and pro-choice supporters. Pro Life means that you are against abortion while pro choice means that you agree with abortion. Abortion is the terminating of a pregnancy by removing a fetus or embryo. Abortion is possible in the second or first trimester, which is up to 15 weeks of gestation. Abortion could make you go un-fertile, which prevents you from getting pregnant again or have a hard time getting pregnant again. Abortion is legal in the United States, but some states like Iowa, Idaho, Utah, Louisiana, Kansas, Virginia, Mississippi, Indiana, Ohio and South Dakota made it illegal. Abortion should be banned in certain states it’s illegal, increases your health risks and affects your religion preferences.

They consider abortion murder because even the fetus has a heartbeat and feelings, and abortions don’t allow the fetus to continue it’s life. If a person is super religious they won’t ever think of getting an abortion done even though they might be stuck in a life threatening situation. Many pro life supporters gather around an abortion center for 40 days trying to convince people not to go through an abortion. Many pro life supporters are pro life due to their religious preferences.

In conclusion, abortion has been around for many years weather it has been a controversial topic or not. Abortion is something that could be prevented by placing the child in adoption services. Abortion is a worldwide issue, that many women wanting to abort face everyday.
