Job description changed, labor market changed, and techniques of job search have improved. However, job interview is extremely important and one of the requirement that should be completed after applying for a job position. While this is a chance for the examiner to impress the interviewer, he should keep in mind that the first thirty seconds of an interview are the most crucial. Therefore, to stand out among other candidates you must look confidence, smart, and humble. The first impression does matter in an interview (Chernev, 2006). The person should put on a conservative suit in dark color; this makes an individual appears smarter and more qualified. For an interview where the dressing mode is more casual, for example on a construction site or a factory, for men, they should wear a button down shirt that is collared with a tie and some nice slacks. For women, polite slacks, skirt, or appropriate dress it depends on the place. Folks should keep off from wearing extra perfume, flamboyant clothes and jewelry. The most important thing of them all is personal hygiene (Chernev, 2006). Personal cleanliness makes people feel confident and relaxed. In addition, some people get frustrated and confused about what to wear during an interview. The most professional and conservative way always carries the day. They do this by asking many difficult questions to answer in the interview. In as much as it’s not possible to plan for every challenging question, the applicant should try to show their best by being focus, control, and relax ("Ten Rules for Job Interview Success | QuintCareers," n.d.). Never evade a question, it is better to ask the interviewer to repeat the question if you have not got it. Answer the questions properly, even if you want a few moments to collect your thoughts. It is better to take time to speak rather than speaking instantly and spoil your interview entirely, bring regrets later.

Do not try to imitate another person, be unique and simple. You should speak enthusiastically and clearly about your skills and experiences (Eyre, Osen, & Williams, 2000).
