My Artifact for this past course consists of our very first journal entry and assignment that we completed, a group discussion board regarding the change equation, the group discussion board regarding human resource metrics, a group discussion regarding performance management in the workplace, and the paper I completed regarding the Change Equation. It is my belief that these assignment represent what I have gained form this course as a whole, and how my role as a human resource representative effects my department and organization in the workplace.

Human resource management is all about building organization capabilities and culture that blend with the individual talents and team performance. Our goal should always be to help make the organization stronger than any single individual. We recognize different individual abilities amongst a team and coach and support leadership within an organization to help their employees find meaning in their work, so everyone’s talents are effectively being used. If we can find a way to successfully instill a sense of meaning to individuals and organizational leadership from their work, then we have contributed to the organizations success.
