Our goal should always be to help make the organization stronger than any single individual. We recognize different individual abilities amongst a team and coach and support leadership within an organization to help their employees find meaning in their work, so everyone’s talents are effectively being used. If we can find a way to successfully instill a sense of meaning to individuals and organizational leadership from their work, then we have contributed to the organizations success.
