During this week at my field agency, I took part in the following activities including; attending team meetings, supervision, conducted individual and family therapy sessions, completed intakes as well as OMS. After the individual and family sessions, I typed up a progress note in Patagonia for documentation and billing purposes. I also took the information on the OMS and saved in the clients’ record in Value Options for authorization request. I went to sit in for the Dual session since I usually assist with the session or observe the group when I have a “No Show”. Social media is utilized by my field agency for announcements, advertisement for upcoming events or medical information’s, such as raising awareness for medical information as well as safety (diseases). One of the ethical dilemma that could arise from the use of social media is when a client searches and sends a friend request or adds a worker on Facebook. Another ethical dilemma could be when a client follows his or her worker on twitter/Instagram. This could potentially take the workers privacy away because the client might get to know more than they should such as personal information, family photos etc. on the other hand, it could get in the way of the helping process or therapeutic relationship, especially if the worker do not explain to the client why they cannot be friends on social media. The way I personally use social media is by being very professional online with my post or conversations. In addition, I tend not to post too much online and utilize the privacy options to ensure that people who are not on my friend list cannot view my
