A famous magician suffering from a head injury tries to convince his disbelieving daughter that he came from another world, that he can fly, and that he must now return to his planet before an obsessive NASA agent takes him away.

BRIEF SYNOPSIS:

WONDER BOY (40’s), a famous magician, tells his daughter, ELIZABETH WONDER (18) that he must do one last outside performance before an agent from NASA finds him and takes him away. A non-believing Elizabeth thinks that her father suffers from delusions from a head injury. Wonder Boy claims to see mice and a lion, but Elizabeth doesn’t. There’s no way he can do another magic show.

Wonder Boy decides it’s time to tell Elizabeth the truth about who he really is and where he came from. Wonder Boy tells her the story about his parents, …show more content…

They can tour together. They reunite, but tragedy strikes when a drunken Tommy wants to show off his new car. Inside the car, they hear a radio show announce a finding made by NASA. The ring that Tommy gave them is extraterrestrial. They have connected the ring to Wonder Boy. Wonder Boy is shocked and mad at Tommy. There 's a terrible car crash and Margaret is killed.

Wonder Boy, now in his 40 's, wants to do one last show. He tells Elizabeth that NASA is after him. He has no choice. Elizabeth still thinks he’s delusional from his head injury. She wants to see the capsule. Wonder Boy searches for it, but the secret compartment doesn’t open.

Elizabeth thinks her father is delusional and Wonder Boy begins to wonder if he just told a good story. Depressed, Wonder Boy isolates himself in his room, but watches the mice tap out Morse code telling him how to find the capsule. Wonder Boy finds the capsule. Elizabeth is in awe. She finally agrees to help him.

Dr. Allen decides to have Wonder Boy picked up, and they race to the show. Elizabeth tries to convince Dr. Allen that her father is
