..., in each particular job or field I feel that there should be a common goal and some common ideas that would be a driving factor to make individuals commit to a group dynamic. In the first project we found our four-letter type, and our source informed of the differences of introverts and extroverts. I recall from my reading that extroverts outnumber introverts in the United States three to one, so introverts have to learn to adapt. If this group work is introduced at a young age and required throughout education students will have more time to adapt and be more prepared for groups in their jobs after school. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe that our schools must be responsible to the federal government for the way that they educate students, but I feel that there is a better way in doing so than our current system that can also prepare students for life after school.
