No matter what profession an individual chooses, there will always be some sort of group dynamic. Sometimes the group work may be small or limited while other times an individual may be required to tackle large tasks within a group setting daily. Either way, there is always a need for good group behavior and a good communication between employees. I work in a group dynamic every day within the classroom and while coaching. In the school, I have to work directly with other teachers to be sure that the students are getting a personalized education that will allow them to be most successful in their studies. On the field, I coach A-Backs and Receivers, and have to count on other coaches to complete the team. When we work together, we can accomplish more in a shorter amount of time. There are times when things do not go as planned and we tend to have conflict. ..., in each particular job or field I feel that there should be a common goal and some common ideas that would be a driving factor to make individuals commit to a group dynamic. In the first project we found our four-letter type, and our source informed of the differences of introverts and extroverts. I recall from my reading that extroverts outnumber introverts in the United States three to one, so introverts have to learn to adapt. If this group work is introduced at a young age and required throughout education students will have more time to adapt and be more prepared for groups in their jobs after school. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe that our schools must be responsible to the federal government for the way that they educate students, but I feel that there is a better way in doing so than our current system that can also prepare students for life after school.

An Article On Passive Aggressive Behavior Essay

- The first article I read was quite helpful to me as I actually used most of its advice to navigate conflicts that I was having with my roommates. It is important to note that without the article’s information, the situation between my roommates and I would have escalated and potentially ended badly. It stated quite bluntly, “It always feels easier to hint…this behavior can often be misleading and is often misinterpreted” (“How to handle”, 2015)....   [tags: Psychology, Human behavior, Communication]
