Princeton is an excellent university that provides good opportunities and education for hard working students to pursue their dreams. Princeton University is located in New Jersey with 30,000 residents in a safe and pleasant neighborhood (Princeton University - About Princeton; Princeton University - Facts & Figures; Princeton University). There are shops, eco-friendly streets, restaurants, and nice parks surrounding the campus. There is a shuttle train, the “Dinky,” can transport students directly from the campus to Princeton Junction Station where students can travel to New York and Philadelphia within an hour each. The total student enrollment, as of 2013, was 7,912 students, with 5,264 undergraduate applicants and 2,648 graduate applicants. For students who needed financial aid, about 60% of the students, they were awarded an average financial support of $41,450 out of the $58,965 that is the original tuition fee. This money is basically enough to cover exactly the school’s tuition fee, so that the student would only have to pay for room charge, board rate, and extra miscellaneous fees. The university does their best to create a lively campus life that revolves around the activities to benefit each community member in expressing their talents and interests (Princeton University - Campus Life). The distinctive quality of the student life in Princeton is the closely knit and integrated residential community. With about 6 different cafes on campus, the students are provided a place to relax with snacks, have a place of meeting, and do homework outside of their dorms. There are over 8 annual events on the campus every year (Princeton University - Annual Events). Also, there are lots of different campus clubs and diverse centers to aid students to a comfortable and leisurely school life. To sum up, the student life of a Princeton scholar is filled with fun activities, opportunities, and events to support every individual
